Yes, in this example, they will be subscribed when they fill out the form, but will only start receiving the emails once you unpause the sequence. They stop in the Starting Rule while the Sequence is paused, and move into the first email step when the Sequence is unpaused.
Pausing and Unpausing a Sequence in Kartra
When you Pause a Sequence in Kartra, leads will stop in whatever step they are currently in. Any delay on that step will be restarted when you Unpause the Sequence.
So, for example, if leads are currently in an Email step with a 3 day delay, and you Pause the Sequence, they will stay put and when you Unpause the Sequence, the 3 day delay will start over from scratch (regardless of where they were in the waiting process before you paused).
