My tech stack and favorite tools
There’s something you should know about me… I can’t keep secrets.
If there’s a tool or resource I think you should know about, I’m going to tell you about it.
I am always on the lookout for the best, the newest, the easiest to use, the most effective, and the most fun or impactful tools and resources out there. And I am always happy to share what I’m using, what I’ve found, what I’m testing and what I love!
Point is – if I know something, so do you.
This is where you’ll find my recommendations – please note that some (but not all) of these links are affiliate links and I may receive a commission if you purchase using my link. I always base my recommendations on the usefulness of the tool and how I believe it will help your business – not on whether or not I make money from the referral. (Calendly, I’m lookin’ at you, lol!! I am a huge fan and always refer clients to Calendly, and despite my begging they have yet to implement an affiliate program!)
My website and blog (the site you’re on right now): Easy WP
My marketing machine (landing and sales pages, email automation, course/workshop/membership content host, checkout, membership management, help desk, and more): Kartra (of course, lol!)
The bubble widget on my homepage: Warm Welcome
Video hosting (searchable, auto transcribed, auto captions): Searchie (but if you’re just starting out, I recommend Vimeo)
My online calendar/scheduling: Calendly
My client session notes: Trello
Domain host (where I buy my domains): Namecheap
Email host (where I set up my email hosting): Namecheap (Google Workspace is good, too!)
Videos in email: I use Warm Welcome
Recording video: I use Zoom and Loom, depending on the project
* If you’re okay with a basic interface and using a Your Code component vs. a Video component in Kartra, you can get a lifetime of video hosting with Publit.io here.
My office set up: Wall Tapestry is from Society 6 (save $15 with my link), shelves, Life is Beautiful
What I film with: Webcam, Microphone, Lighting
