How Do I send An Email To A Customer After They Have Purchased A Product In Kartra?

To send an email (or a series of emails) after someone has purchased a Product in Kartra, you would set up a Sequence (under My Communications) and set the Starting Rule to be “Orders Product” then select the

• product funnel

• product

• and price point (I recommend using Any Price Point unless you have specific sequences for different prices).

Then set up an Email Step that sends immediately after the previous step so that it sends out right when the product is purchased!

Don’t forget to end with an Unsubscribe Step!
