Is there a way to tag or segment your email list, by having them click on an option in your email?

For example, you ask them something like this…

“Which of these topics would you like to learn more of…

-Option A 

-Option B

-Option C

And once they click one of the options, the idea would be for them to get tagged so that then they could be segmented based on specific topics they want to learn more about.

Yes! You would need a Page for each option (this page could just say, “We’ve recorded your selection!” Or “thanks for clicking!”) and then create an Automation (last step in the email process) for each link If Lead clicks link A then Assign tag A, etc
